This modern site has an area comprising 8,000 m² of workshop and 2,000 m² of office space, thus enabling efficient operations adapted to the automotive sector, its main sector of activity.
Walor Le Chambon performs all types of machining thanks to its varied machine fleet; digitally controlled multi-spindle lathes, 10-axis sliding heads, 5-axis machining centers, but also bi-spindle lathes to work with forged or cast parts.
Added to this are heat treatment, electrochemical deburring, milling by hobbing and super-finish grinding..
The production ranges comprise between 2 and > 15 operations and parts can weight from 20 grams to 18 kilograms. This diversity is the strength and unique feature of this site since the products are very different depending on the used cell.
