The Vouziers site, created in 1965 under the name of SEMIAC, originally manufactured lawn mowers, tillers and agricultural machinery. It is only from 1974 that its activity takes an orientation towards the automotive market. While the factory refocuses on precision machining in large series, it is bought in 2007 by the group, Les Ateliers des Janves,
which becomes the European leader in connecting rods. It will then join the Walor group on 22 November 2018.
Thanks to the skills of its 100 employees, the Walor Vouziers site has been perpetuating the machining activity for more than half a century. Its multiple skills deployed over the years enable it to combine: machining, assembly of complex foundry and forge parts while carrying out its own product studies and prototyping.
